Victoria is an amazing culinary destination.  I love to attend cooking classes and cook with all the local island ingredients from produce and seaweed to tea and gin.  French Mint offers courses taught by Le Cordon Bleu trained chef Denise Marchessault.  I can’t wait for the Appetizers and Small Bites class.  Check out frenchmint.ca
