We started our Going Local blog as a way of supplementing our official tourism website www.tourismvictoria.com. We thought it was important to give an insider’s view of Victoria, to provide some information, stories and opinions from the locals’ unique perspective.
We went out and found some passionate locals who have agreed to share their favourite Victoria experiences. Although most of the Going Local bloggers have no connection with Tourism Victoria, we won’t be able to help ourselves, and will occasionally blog about upcoming events and interesting finds. Regardless, all bloggers have the freedom to write about anything they feel visitors would find of interest.
